CMS MCP server
Short description
A Model Context Protocol server that gives Claude 14 tools for this site's CMS: list, read, create, update and delete entries and pages, inspect content types, check health.
Why I use it
Content edits go through the CMS API and its validation, not through raw SQL against the database.
How I use it
It runs over stdio and calls the CMS's own HTTP API, so every write passes the same field validation as the admin screens. Tools include cms_list_content_types, cms_get_entry, cms_create_entry, cms_update_entry and cms_update_page.
Install command
npm run mcp
Setup notes
Reads the CMS base URL and credentials from the CMS .env. Defaults to http://localhost:3005.
