How it was measured
Each skill and expertise entry was checked against the repositories and projects it claims to come from; entries that survived got source notes and a verification date stamped on the record. Unsupported entries were archived rather than left in place.
Honest limitations
Self-verification — the same person wrote the catalog and checked it, and the underlying repositories are private, so a reader cannot independently confirm any single entry. "64" is a count of published skills, which says nothing about depth in any of them. The verification is a point-in-time stamp and goes stale as the work moves on.
