Plus the systems behind this site: Alex OS, Alex CMS, Theme DNA, LLM cost tracing and first-party visitor analytics, each published with its decisions and trade-offs.

The through-line is systems that stay editable after they ship. Content types are database rows rather than code, so a new kind of content is a data operation. Styling is a token set the CMS owns, so a rebrand is a settings change. Answers are retrieved from published content rather than asserted, so what the assistant says is bounded by what the site actually contains.
