Six systems are published with their decisions and trade-offs written up: Alex OS (a retrieval and reasoning service), Alex CMS (a CMS with no hardcoded content models), the Theme DNA design system, the Journey Map experience, LLM cost and behaviour tracing, and a multi-agent RAG setup. Each has its own page; the measured outcomes behind them are filed separately under Evidence.
The through-line is systems that stay editable after they ship. Content types are database rows rather than code, so a new kind of content is a data operation. Styling is a token set the CMS owns, so a rebrand is a settings change. Answers are retrieved from published content rather than asserted, so what the assistant says is bounded by what the site actually contains. The claims attached to this work are kept on the Evidence pages with the method and the limitations alongside each number.
